Unfortunately, our multiple listing service, Heartland MLS, is not currently sharing addresses on this site. Mapping capabilities provide the general location, but that can still be frustrating. If you’d like to know ANY property’s exact address, simply email the MLS Number to connie@your1sthome.com and Connie will email you the address. Then you can drive by or ask Connie to schedule a personal viewing of the home for you.

They are legally obligated to work in the best interests of the Seller. You have the right to be represented by a Buyer’s Agent in your home purchase. It is always best to view homes with your Buyer’s Agent rather than on your own through an open house or by visiting a new home community. In Kansas City, the Buyer’s Agent fee is usually paid by the seller through the transaction. However, the Seller’s agent may not be willing to split the fee with the Buyer’s Agent if you view the homes without your Buyer’s Agent.
